N+ BURGER opens 8th Hong Kong branch in Fortress Hill with exclusive offers

Hong Kong’s burger scene is hardly lacking in options, but finding a patty that hasn’t been chemically nudged along is surprisingly rare. N+ BURGER has officially launched its eighth venue in Fortress Hill, bringing its hormone-free Australian beef, custom Bakehouse sourdough buns, and a batch of launch-week discounts to the neighbourhood.

Exclusive menu items arriving in Fortress Hill

N+ BURGER is introducing a branch-exclusive Loaded Angus Series available for a single month at the new Fortress Hill location. The standout addition is the Loaded Lava Angus Burger (HK$80), which comes smothered in a rich house-made tomato Bolognese sauce and finished with sharp pickled onions to cut through the grease. Diners can also opt for the Loaded Angus Ragout Fries (HK$40) topped with the same meat sauce, or bundle the lot into a full combo meal starting from HK$120.

Opening discounts and promotional gifts for diners

The new Fortress Hill store is rolling out a bunch of opening offers to entice local residents through the door.

  • 12% off Wagyu series: From August 28 to September 5, all N+ Black Gold Wagyu Series combos receive a 12% discount, including the Wagyu Classic (from HK$90), Japanese Mustard Wagyu (from HK$95), and Premium Truffle Wagyu (from HK$100).
  • Dine-in return vouchers: Customers dining between August 28 and September 5 receive a HK$10 voucher valid for use from September 6 to 19. A second wave of vouchers will be distributed from September 6 to 19, valid from September 20 to 30.
  • Limited-edition merchandise: Ordering any two combos gets you a free foldable tote bag shaped like a burger. Leaving a review on OpenRice, Google, or Dianping will score you a free branded fridge magnet while stocks last.

Australian pasture beef and Bakehouse sourdough buns

N+ BURGER sets itself apart from standard fast-food chains by relying entirely on vertically integrated supply chains and local artisanal bakery partnerships. The brand owns a 130,000-hectare pasture in New South Wales, Australia, where cattle are raised naturally on grain and honey without growth hormones. Rather than standard commercial sesame buns, every patty is served inside a soft sourdough bun sourced directly from Bakehouse. Alongside the flagship beef range, the menu features the classic N+ Angus Series (from HK$70), fried or grilled chicken options (from HK$70), and vegetarian burgers (from HK$99) paired with house-made lemonade or Auer German beer.
